We were asked to put together a planning application for the conversion on the existing garage of a grade II listed property into a ground floor bedroom with en-suite, with a connecting link way to the main house. Working alongside a historical planning advisor, we were successful in gaining planning permission for the conversion of the garage and to build an elegant brick and glass link way between the main house and the ground floor bedroom. The project was successfully completed 2019.
