Our vision was to redesign the 1980s property, bringing the property up to date and enhancing the connection between garden and house. Large sliding doors and a window seat allow for a visual and physical connections to the garden beyond.

Green meadow flower roofs extend the landscape to the front and rear of the property creating aesthetic roofscapes, which are not only visually attractive, but are as sustainable solution to using rainwater runoff.

Internally the ground floor has been completely remodelled to create an open plan kitchen, living and dining area. A large rooflight allows for natural light to reach further into the heart of the property.

Phase 01 of the project was completed in Early 2022, Phase 2 including the garage conversion and landscaping with be completed summer 2022.
